Project Lead – Instructor Support (14E Program)

Background:

Navanti seeks a Project Lead (PL) to support the Program Manager and serve as the on-site interface with the Government COR for the 14E instructor program. The PL will coordinate daily operations, supervise instructors, and ensure training delivery meets Army and TRADOC standards.


Core Responsibilities:

Primary Duties

  • Serve as the on-site interface with the Government COR for the 14E training program.

  • Supervise daily activities of 14E instructors to ensure compliance with Army standards.

  • Coordinate weekly staffing updates, scheduling, and backfill of vacancies.

  • Support Program Manager in Quality Assurance, reporting, and corrective action processes.

  • Ensure instructors maintain certifications, qualifications, and compliance with TRADOC regulations.

Secondary Duties

  • Assist with preparation of monthly in-process reviews (IPRs).

  • Help implement training material updates and validation efforts.

  • Contribute to program-level risk management and quality control oversight.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of MOS 14E course.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Air Defense Artillery (14E) MOS.

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in training/instructor roles.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Active SECRET clearance (must be maintained throughout contract).


Certification Requirements:

  • Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course (within 90 days).

  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

  • 14E10 Instructor Course Certification.
