Project OverviewThe assignment aims to implement and promote comprehensive Gender Responsive Business Approaches (GRBAs) in Jordanian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The objective is to enhance equal economic integration for women and men—with a special focus on women—within enterprises and across business value chains. By supporting 100 SMEs to adopt GRBAs, the project intends to foster more inclusive workplaces, drive innovation and efficiency, and secure long-term profitability.
Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee the advisory packages, manage project teams, and coordinate the implementation of GRBA practices with SMEs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in women’s economic empowerment and gender-responsive business development, as well as a proven track record in managing development cooperation projects. This role involves leading work package implementation, ensuring financial and reporting compliance, and engaging with GIZ, local partners, and other key stakeholders.
