Navanti anticipates supporting a project under the German Agency for International Cooperation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit - GIZ) focused on strengthening local NGOs and building capacity among local stakeholders in the Middle East. The initiative aims to foster sustainable organizational growth, improve community impact, and enhance human capacity development in the region. Navanti is seeking an experienced International Team Leader to oversee advisory packages, manage project teams, and coordinate communication with GIZ, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, strong regional expertise in the Middle East, and a proven background in development cooperation projects. This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong project management skills, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a deep understanding of capacity-building strategies.
