Assessments Analyst (Aniticipated)

Background:

Navanti is looking for an Assessments Analyst to provide subject matter expertise to U.S. Theater Special Operations Command and its component commands on the assessments process which informs the commanders decision making through evaluation of the environment and accomplishment of tasks, the measurement of progress towards desired end state and objectives and development of insight and recommendations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and training.
  • Deliver advice on complex problems which require knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.
  • Develop assessments based on findings and analysis to facilitate prioritization of resources.
  • Provide advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation.
  • Create charts and graphs to record results.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings on complex subjects to command leadership to inform and facilitate decision making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of relevant specialized military experience
  • Experience supporting Special Operations

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Former Special Operations officer, warrant officer, or senior NCO or former officer/warrant officer/senior NCO with multiple years or experience in support of Special Operations
  • Previous work experience with Special Operations operational units
  • Previous work experience in the European Command area of responsibility
  • Previous assignments in Europe

Education:

  • BA/BS in International Relations, Political Science, or related area of study preferred

Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI
